At Your Best is the culmination of 20 years of working with teams and individuals, researching, coaching, and speaking for Rob Fletcher, founder of Quixote Consulting. This program, and the forthcoming companion book of the same name is a synthesis of his 20 years in the fields of strengths, positive psychology, music, resiliency and engagement.
