Strong You – All learning, all insight starts with you. Learn the anatomy of a strength, discover the source of your signature strengths, and put them to work immediately in a series of experiential exercises specifically designed to help you build a high-performing, strengths-based team.
Strong Coaching – You’ll learn what strengths-based questions to ask to individually coach your people to success. You and your team will address these questions in the next six months. Participants self-select the strengths that will best help them accomplish the project. Partners review one another’s strengths and identify how they can use these strengths to accomplish their project. Report out to the team.
Strong Teams – Examine individual strengths within the context of a team. Look at how communication affects strengths. Increase clarity on how each person works best and how they can be relied on in a project setting.
Strong Management – Learn six steps to managing strong teams. Brainstorm best practices to bring strengths material to those you manage. Look at Strengths material as it applies to teams. Focus on unique talents and fostering interdependencies within the team. Learn why most classic management advice is wrong at least half the time and learn how to get it right every time. Explore ‘The Twelve Questions to Ask Your People’. You’ll be introduced to the 12 most important questions for unlocking employee engagement.
